Kristi Huff serves as Executive Assistant to Chad Wallace, COO of Mastermind Gym Solutions, and has been part of the team for nearly two years. She originally joined Mastermind as a Sales Coach before transitioning into her current role, where she supports operations, leadership, and execution across the organization.

Kristi brings over 45 years of experience in the fitness and athletic industry. She is a former gymnastics club owner and coach who trained one Olympic alternate, 92 national champions, two world-class athletes, and two performers who later joined Cirque du Soleil. She earned the highest distinction in gymnastics, achieving the title of Master of Sport.

Her background also includes four years as a third-grade teacher, where she received the Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers award. Kristi began working with Anytime Fitness in 2019, supporting multiple locations across Ohio and helping one club improve its system-wide ranking from 2200 to 117 in just 14 months.

Kristi holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and learning about new cultures and countries.
