Jameson began his career as a Personal Trainer in 2013, progressed into General Manager roles, and went on to own four Anytime Fitness locations across three states. Along the way, he also ran a consulting boutique for three years, working hands on with owners across multiple brands including Anytime Fitness, F45, Waxing the City, and independent gyms.

Those experiences gave Jameson a front row view of what actually drives results and what simply creates noise. After selling his clubs, he spent time in medical sales and real estate, but ultimately returned to health and fitness where his passion has always lived.

Now based in Orange County, California, Jameson brings practical experience, clear thinking, and real empathy to the owners he supports. He understands the pressure, the tradeoffs, and the decisions that come with ownership and helps clients build stronger businesses that support better lives.
