Haley Risdal brings firsthand Anytime Fitness experience to Mastermind Gym Solutions, having spent six years inside the brand. She started as a part-time coach and progressed into leadership roles as Member Experience Manager and Head Coach, helping two locations achieve Club Platinum status.

Her time on the club floor shaped how she coaches today. Haley believes sustainable results come from clear expectations, consistent execution, and the mindset of the team delivering the experience, not just chasing numbers. She joined Mastermind to help owners and teams close the gaps she lived through firsthand and prove that strong results are achievable with the right structure and support.

Based in Iowa, Haley enjoys biking, kayaking, cheering on Iowa State and the Raiders, and unwinding with music and her Nintendo Switch. She’s passionate about helping teams create better experiences for members while building clubs that are healthier to run and lead.
